Arrival
Out of respect for all clients we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your appointment.
Treatment time may be reduced if you are late.

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and those not cancelled in advance.

Gift Vouchers
We can provide gift vouchers in most denominations and for any treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (or from Christmas Day if the voucher is to be a Christmas present). Vouchers can also be arranged over the phone with a debit or credit card, and will be posted by Royal Mail First Class for free.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% is required on booking for all appointments over 1 ½ hours in length.
This is non-refundable if less than three days notice is given to cancel.

Consultations
We offer FREE confidential advice and consultations on all our treatments.

Make-up Days
We regularly host Jane Iredale make-up days, where a Jane Iredale make-up artist comes into salon.
We ask for a £20.00 deposit, which is refundable if you purchase two or more products.

Skin Analysis Days
We hold skin analysis days every two months using state-of-the-art imaging equipment, allowing you to view the deeper layers of your skin. You will also be given a bespoke homecare/in-salon regime to address any skin concerns, including skin damage, pigmentation, blocked pores, wrinkles and lines.
We ask for a £20.00 deposit, which is refundable if you purchase two or more products.

Bookings
Please be aware we are exceptionally busy and cannot stress enough that you need to book in advance for lengthy appointments to avoid disappointment.

Group Bookings
Our packages are the ultimate relaxing experience. If you wish to book for six or more people, we can arrange the ultimate experience tailored to your requirements, ideal for hen parties, birthdays etc.
